Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Nature of the service
examInA is an educational assessment platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate question banks from material provided by the teacher. examInA is a pedagogical support tool, not a content agency, and does not replace the professional judgment of the teacher.
The teacher is responsible for reviewing, editing, voiding, or suppressing generated content before applying it. The platform generates proposals; the final pedagogical decision always rests with the teacher.
2. Pedagogical foundation
examInA aligns question generation to Bloom's Taxonomy (Bloom, 1956; revised by Anderson & Krathwohl, 2001), an internationally recognized pedagogical framework accepted by Mexico's SEP, UNAM, IPN, and most higher education institutions.
The system generates questions exclusively from the textual material provided by the teacher. It has no internet access or external sources during generation.
3. Content ownership
Material uploaded by the teacher remains under their intellectual property. examInA does not sell, assign, or share said material with third parties. Generated exams are the property of the teacher who creates them. examInA only retains data necessary to operate the service as described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Payments and renewals
Plans are annual. Renewals are the sole responsibility of the user. examInA does not guarantee indefinite continuation of the free service. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
The free plan is non-refundable. Paid plans have a 7-calendar-day refund policy from activation, provided no more than one exam has been generated.
5. Technical warranty
examInA guarantees the technical operation of the platform as described. It does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be pedagogically perfect in all cases — which is why teachers always have the ability to edit, void, or remove questions before applying them. Specific student learning outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
examInA is not responsible for: (a) how the teacher uses generated content; (b) institutional decisions based on exam results; (c) interruptions from external providers (Google Cloud, Gemini API, Stripe, WhatsApp); (d) errors in generated content that the teacher did not review before applying.
7. Jurisdiction and applicable law
examInA operates under Mexican law, domiciled in Guanajuato, Mexico. For users outside Mexico, the service is provided under the same conditions; Mexican law applies in case of dispute. Use of the service implies acceptance of this jurisdiction.
